COACH KOFFI60-DAY RESET
Coach Koffi · 60-Day Reset

YOU VS. YOU.

Not another website full of workouts. A system you follow, learn from, and eventually turn into your lifestyle. The 60 days are the classroom. The lifestyle is the graduation.

WORKOUTS

Years of Coach Koffi’s own training, cleaned up and organized — not a generic database of exercises. The personality stays: workouts that sound like him, not “Lower Body Hypertrophy Workout #4.”

ENTRY TICKET LIBRARY

Something that gets your mind and body ready to work. Matched to the workout and adjusted by training level.

EXIT TICKET LIBRARY

You earn your way out. Pick one based on available time, ability, and equipment. + Add an exit ticket: swap in any finisher that fits your day — the rule is you finish with intent, not that you pick from a list.

MOBILITY / RECOVERY LIBRARY

A legitimate part of the system. If we’re going to demand a lot from the machine, we maintain it. Maintain the machine.

EXERCISE DATABASE

Every movement in Coach Koffi’s system, with coaching cues and form notes. Tap any exercise for the full breakdown — including an easier swap if you can’t do it yet.

Do hard things

CHALLENGES

Sometimes you don’t need a complicated program. You need a target. You need accountability. And you need to experience saying: “I said I was going to finish this — and I finished it.”

Universal 28-day rule

3 work days → 1 rest day → repeat

Every fourth day is a mandatory rest day. The number is a daily total — it does not have to be consecutive. 200 push-ups can be 50 in the morning, 50 at lunch, 50 after work, 50 at night. It doesn’t matter how you get there. Hit your number by the end of the day.

Proof of work

PROOF

Every rep leaves evidence. Earn XP for the work you log, climb ranks by showing up, and collect badges for the moments that matter. Nothing here is given — it’s all earned, one day at a time.

ABOUT THE RESET

The Coach Koffi 60-Day Reset is primarily for what Coach Koffi calls the Rebounder — the person who knows they have more in them.

WHO IT’S FOR

The former athlete

Got away from training. Still remembers what it felt like to be dangerous — and wants it back.

The father

Got married, had kids, got comfortable, gained weight. Ready to set a different example.

The mother

Had children and wants to regain her strength, confidence, and fitness.

The comeback

Used to work out, but life and career took over. Now the comeback starts.

The reset

Simply needs a reset and wants to prove to themselves that they can change.

The grinder

Knows they can work hard but needs something to get that edge back.

Three tracks — BUILD, FIT, ADVANCED — meet beginners, experienced athletes, and older adults where they are. But first, it speaks to you — the one making the comeback.

THE 3 PHASES

Days 1–14

Phase 1 — Reset

“Where am I, and where am I going?” Establish the baseline: weight, measurements, progress pictures, push-up and pulling ability, strength benchmarks, cardio, mobility — and most importantly, your WHY. Then everybody chooses their own Hard Thing.

Days 15–42

Phase 2 — Build

Now we work. Progressively increase strength, volume, conditioning, work capacity, core strength, and mobility. You start seeing evidence that something is changing — and you start keeping promises to yourself.

Days 43–60

Phase 3 — Prove it

Training progresses. The Hard Thing reaches its final stage. Then we retest everything we measured on Day 1 — and answer the real question: who walked into Day 1, and who is standing here on Day 60?

SEE YOUR 60

Not a mystery — a map. This is what the next 60 days look like.

Day 1

The baseline

Weight, measurements, progress pictures, push-up and pull-up max, mile time, mobility — and your WHY. Then you pick your Hard Thing. Where am I, and where am I going?

Days 1–14 · Phase 1 — Reset

Pour the foundation

Entry ticket → the work → exit ticket → recover. Every training day. You learn the formula and start keeping promises to yourself.

Day 14 → 15

The first gate

Phase 1 in the books. The foundation is poured — now we build on it.

Days 15–42 · Phase 2 — Build

Now we work

Progressive overload. More strength, more volume, more capacity. You start seeing evidence that something is changing.

Day 30

The checkpoint

Halfway. Weight, measurements, photos, reflection — and your WHY resurfaces. Look how far the Day 1 version of you has come.

Day 42 → 43

The second gate

Now we find out. This is what the last 42 days were for.

Days 43–60 · Phase 3 — Prove it

Earn the answer

Training progresses. The Hard Thing reaches its final stage. Then the retest.

Day 60

The reveal

Retest everything. Day 1 vs. Day 60, side by side. Who walked in — and who is standing here now? The 60 days are the classroom. The lifestyle is the graduation.

THE 3 TRACKS

3 days / week

BUILD

For someone returning to fitness, a busy schedule, or a more manageable starting point. Three days is enough — but we’re working during those three days. Mon / Wed / Fri.

4 days / week

FIT

The sweet spot for most people. Strength, conditioning, recovery, and lifestyle balance. Mon / Tue / Thu / Sat.

5 days / week

ADVANCED

For experienced or highly motivated participants who want to push harder. Five legitimate training days with active recovery built around them. Mon / Tue / Wed / Fri / Sat.

Same philosophy. Different starting points. Nobody needs to compare themselves with somebody in another level. You vs. You.

THE WORKOUT FORMULA

ENTRY TICKET → THE WORK → EXIT TICKET → RECOVER

Every training day follows the formula. You earn your way in, you do the work, you earn your way out, then you maintain the machine so you can do it again.

THE REAL TRANSFORMATION

“I want people to rebuild trust in themselves. I want somebody to finish these 60 days and be able to say: ‘I set a goal and completed it. I did the work when I didn’t feel like doing it. I proved to myself that I can still do hard things. I trust myself again.’ That confidence carries over into being a better parent, spouse, professional, leader, and person. That’s the real product. The physical transformation is the evidence.”

THE BIGGER VISION

Give somebody a fish and they’ll eat for a day. Teach them how to fish and they’ll eat for a lifetime. That’s what this program is. “Coach Koffi taught me how to train. He taught me how to challenge myself. He taught me how to structure my nutrition. He taught me how to set a goal and finish it. Now I know how to keep doing this without needing somebody to hold my hand forever.” The 60 days are the classroom. The lifestyle is the graduation.

HOW WE LAUNCH

Founding members · 25–40 spots

We earn the right to scale it.

Real people. Former athletes. Working fathers. Mothers getting back into fitness. People who’ve gained weight. Busy professionals. They go through the program, we learn — what did they love, what did they hate, where did they quit, what kept them coming back — then we fix the problems, improve the programming, collect real transformations and testimonials. Then scale.

Build → test → learn → improve → scale. We’d rather have 30 people who actually complete this and love it than 500 people sign up for something we haven’t proven yet.

THE 5 PILLARS

01
Mindset

You vs. You

Fitness starts with accountability. Everybody has circumstances. Everybody has responsibilities. Everybody has bad days. Things are going to happen that you can’t control. But you can control what you do next.

  • Know your why. Set goals. Take accountability.
  • Stop negotiating with yourself.
  • One bad day doesn’t destroy the program.
  • Never miss the response.
02
Strength

Move heavy things

Real strength, maintained and developed. The fundamentals matter: Push. Pull. Squat. Hinge. Press. Carry. This isn’t about just becoming smaller — it’s about becoming more capable.

  • Maybe that means benching 225 again. Maybe eventually 315.
  • Maybe it’s your first pull-up.
  • Maybe it’s moving your own bodyweight confidently again.
  • Everyone’s number is different.
03
Conditioning

Strong people should be able to move

This is a major part of how Coach Koffi trains. He doesn’t want to be somebody who can bench 315 but can’t run around with his kids.

  • Running · Walking · Incline treadmill · StairMaster · Bike · Rowing
  • Basketball · Sleds · Battle ropes · Circuits · Carries
  • Different methods for different people. The philosophy stays the same: be strong AND be able to move.
04
Mobility

Maintain the machine

Your body is an incredible machine. It can adapt to almost anything you consistently train it to do. But if we’re going to demand a lot from the machine, we also have to maintain it — something Coach Koffi appreciates more now than when he was younger.

  • Stretching, mobility, and recovery built directly into the program.
  • A simple morning and nighttime mobility routine you can realistically keep for life.
  • Maintain the machine.
05
Discipline

Do hard things

There’s value in intentionally doing something difficult. Something that makes you uncomfortable. Something that forces you to discover another level.

  • For Coach Koffi, at different times in his life, that has looked like: running a half marathon. Doing 75 Hard. Training twice a day. Push-up challenges. Fasting. Setting strength goals.
  • The exact challenge doesn’t have to be the same for everybody.
  • Pick something difficult enough that completing it changes what you believe you’re capable of.

JOIN THE RESET

25–40 spots

Founding members

We’re not trying to get 1,000 members on day one. We’re starting with approximately 25–40 founding members — real people in the middle of their comeback — and earning the right to scale.

  • Former athletes getting back in the game
  • Working fathers & mothers rebuilding strength and confidence
  • Busy professionals who’ve gained weight and want the edge back
  • Anyone who knows they have more in them
Founding members · 25–40 spots

Apply for a founding spot

30 people who finish beat 500 who sign up — that’s the founding cohort. Tell us who you are. Your application saves right here, and Koffi reviews every one himself when founding spots open.

“Before Coach Koffi, I knew I had more in me, but I stopped trusting myself to bring it out. Now I set the goal. I do the work — especially when I don’t feel like doing it. I finish what I start. And I trust myself again.”

That’s what we’re building. YOU VS. YOU.
